ABSTRACT
Lean office layouts end up containing cross-functional teams with all of the different disciplines needed to run the daily business for a product line or lines. Every business, healthcare institution, financial services, and governmental agency can apply Lean streamline the process and eliminate waste. In the transactional world one of the most common forms of automation is computer software. When the team understands standardized work, they will understand the process will be undergoing continuous improvement and therefore the standardized work will be undergoing revisions to capture those improvements. In addition to providing end-user trouble shooting and support, they worked on hospital-wide projects, building new servers, updating software, decommissioning equipment. A work flow management system is a computer system that manages and defines a series of tasks within an organization to produce a final outcome or outcomes. Work flow management systems allow the user to define different work flows for different types of jobs or processes.
