ABSTRACT
We must recognize that technology has changed significantly over the last few decades, and it is only now that enterprise solutions are technically within our grasp. Since the technology itself can handle anything that an organization throws at it, we can therefore presume that the challenges, the barriers, and the pitfalls are more about the members of an organization than anything else. This is known as the human factor.
