ABSTRACT
This study contributes to the European Union funded project “Risk Management Software System for SMEs in the Construction Industry (RiMaCon)”. The project aims at developing a cost effective, user-friendly risk management system, to be used by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the construction sector. Therefore, as a first step, it is important to examine what kind of user input can be expected in a user-friendly setting, and to evaluate some notable efforts to build such systems over the last years.
