ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: In order to develop a question-set assessment for daily spatial concepts with the CPS (Collaborative Problem Solving) approach for a Taiwanese aboriginal Atayal elementary school, this study designed an interactive digital material for the “rotation” and “mapping” units, with the support of three content experts and a pilot test. The result is a formal test paper for “rotation” and “mapping” concepts, comprising 8 question sets and 22 questions. The subjects of the study were 16 fifth-grade students from an Atayal elementary school in Nan’ao, Yilan. Data were collected from demonstrative lessons and tests. The result indicates that the fifth-grade students show better performance in the post-test than in the pre-test, after receiving CPS interactive digital demonstration lessons for the “rotation” and “mapping” concepts compared with the one received before.
