ABSTRACT

Population health is a primary element, one of the most important objects of influence in the process of improving the quality of living [14]. This point of view was also emphasized by the researchers E.A. Fomin and N.M. Fedorova, who believed that since the approval of the complex nature of health (mainly as a result of the above-mentioned health determination, formulated by WHO), sociologists and politicians began to consider the health indicators, physical, and psychosocial well-being as the cumulative well-being indicators (quality of living) of the society as a whole and its individual layers [13].
