ABSTRACT
Susan had a long career as a professional flautist playing with orchestras and chamber groups. She is now a counsellor working with young people in Scotland.
Susan’s writing I suppose the great irony of my life is that, having lived and breathed music from the age of five, and even earlier, I rarely listen to it now. I think this is not because it has come to mean so little to me, but because it still means so much.
