ABSTRACT
To qualify for minor surgery payments you must be included on your FHSA’s Minor Surgery List. To get on, you will have to apply to and demonstrate to the FHSA some competence and that you have the necessary equipment and space. Equipment and space will probably be determined by some form of medical assessor, possibly from the Local Medical Committee.
