ABSTRACT
Much of the following table is adapted from the UK edition of this guide, where the use of the Graseby syringe drivers (MS16a and MS26)is almost universal. The Graseby drivers are used in Canada, but CADD and CADD-PCA pumps are used a lot more. Although some of the information in the table is specific to the Graseby syringe drivers, other sections would apply to the use of any pump, including PCA pumps, e.g. leaks, wrong infusion site, dead battery, etc.
