ABSTRACT
Mandy had phoned in to the surgery two days earlier. She had been taken ill. She did not expect to be able to make it to the session that week and wanted to ensure that the surgery were aware in case they could reallocate her time that week to someone else. The surgery had passed this on to Martin.
