ABSTRACT
Linda and Dave arrived together and they sat quietly in the waiting room. Neither spoke to the other. Dave looked anxious. Linda carried an air of simmering anger. Alan came out and noticed that they did not look at ease with each other, and he certainly felt a prickly tension in the air. Oh oh, he thought to himself, something has happened. Well, let’s invite them in and see what has been going on.
