I am concerned about this lady who came to the surgery complaining of ‘double vision’. Clinical examination was unremarkable except for nystagmus upon lateral gaze. There was no evidence of a ptosis. But I remain concerned as she’s never been to the surgery previously and strikes me as a sensible person.
