Your advice is very much appreciated for this lady who has collapsed with loss of consciousness on a number of occasions. Her ECG and clinical examination (including blood pressure which I am treating) were all normal today. However, I am still concerned that there may be a neurological or cardiological cause for her symptoms and hence would value your opinion.
