Age: 46 years
Thank you for seeing this gentleman who is concerned about the appearance of his chest. I have tried to reassure him on a number of occasions, but he is adamant that he is developing breasts and is fed up with the comments that he is getting at work. He has a sedentary lifestyle and as a consequence is overweight. He is on antacid tablets for heartburn symptoms and diuretics for hypertension.
