Re: Mr Kenneth McDonald
Age: 56 years
This man has been complaining of shortness of breath for the last three months. It seems to be getting worse. He also suffers with hypertension, but this seems to be well controlled at present. A chest X-ray I requested appears to be unremarkable, but I am awaiting a formal report. Please advise if he needs further investigation or treatment. Many thanks for your assistance.
