ABSTRACT
Tomorrow is already a thing of the future. In any discipline, one cannot push out or avoid the future for very long, saying it is yet to come-as this quote rightly says, it is actually beginning right now. And as you have been reading this book all along, my goal is to help the reader connect the dots between chapters by already introducing you into what such future beholds so that you can work on getting yourself ready for it. I concluded in Chapter 4 with trends to watch for and what is coming up next. We will discuss those in greater detail in this chapter. As you are aware, we will have a separate chapter to talk about what this means to the testing fraternity as a whole and to testers’ careers so we will exclusively talk about how things will change in this profession in the coming years, in this chapter.
