Leading effectively and efficiently requires appropriate delegation of tasks. In today's "Information Age" with 24/7 communications connectivity, any attempt to successfully manage one's time requires attention to the management of communications. Good time management of course involves good calendar management. Successful leaders recognize that vision and inspiration alone are insufficient to achieve the desired outcomes.
