I do. But it’s like I don’t know what to do, but I do, of course I do. I know I have to improve my diet, eat more, but healthily, get some weight back on, boost myself up, I have to. But it’s like I know all that but I can’t break free of thinking that I mustn’t eat much. I feel stuck, I really don’t know what to do, though as soon as I say that I know it’s not true. I do know what to do, my problem is that I can’t seem to do it.’
