ABSTRACT

In this chapter, we look at a set of TP tools from TOC that allow leaders and managers to foster the systemic intelligence they need. These tools will also allow them to harness their intuition and deepen their understanding

and knowledge. This, in turn, will influence their emotions so that they can become “intelligent emotions.” When we reach a level of intelligent emotions, those emotions become a positive force to be employed toward the goal as opposed to a minefield of potential discord and stress.
