ABSTRACT

We have established what the fundamental elements of an organization are. We also know we have to work with these elements systemically in order to shift away from the damages of silo thinking and behavior and foster quality, involvement, and flow. The knowledge required for such an organization has been developed already by Deming-and-Goldratt. The question then becomes, how can we blend the Deming-and-Goldratt principles in a practical way?
