ABSTRACT
This chapter is written by the President Emerita and Senior Fellow, of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) who together with her organisation plays a leading role in health improvement in the USA and increasingly in the world. This chapter describes the Obamacare reforms in the USA and how a concentration on quality improvement and the Triple Aim are bringing enormous benefits to the country.
