ABSTRACT
Introduction No matter the industry or type of business operation, organizations that need employees to conduct day-to-day activities run the risk of those associates using their position for personal gain. These can be employees working in the following industries:
◾ Retail industry. Retail employees have many avenues to use to steal money and assets from their employer. These avenues include stealing property/ merchandise from the business, taking food items from a restaurant employer, taking cash from a sales register, and using customer credit card information for personal gain.
