ABSTRACT

Without change we could get along with administrators, and the wages bill would be a lot cheaper. Things are supposed to change, they are at least supposed to get better. But most times things seem to get worse! Things will get thrown into the air, turned upside down, trashed, binned and scrapped. Change won't confine itself neatly, concurrently, to the annual strategy cycle. The pressure is on and we will be forced into reassessing daily what we are doing. If we are a manager, owner or leader of an organization, review what we do and stop talking change, talk smart change. Speak the language of doing it differently, improving a service, revamping, be smart about the language of change. Organizations that have a corporate vision have nothing if the vision isn't shared, known and understood by everybody who works in that organization and comes into contact with it.
