ABSTRACT
Tuesday and Wednesday seemed to drag. There was plenty of work, but Nick wanted to get moving with the plan. He had gone over the kick-off presentation with the team, and they came up with a finished product. He informed his team that he would conduct the presentations, but he wanted everyone with him, at all the presentations, to demonstrate their commitment to the Lean implementation.
