ABSTRACT

In Section 3 of the BMAT, you are required to write a short essay. This is a test of your ability to understand a statement and to present coherent, well-thought-out arguments. You are expected to do this in a clear and concise way, before reaching a balanced conclusion.

In this chapter, we are going to suggest a formulaic approach to Section 3, ensuring that you hit the right length and timing while picking up high scores – each and every time.
