ABSTRACT
Sarah noticed that the patient was very tall and had very long arms. His fingers were long and slender, as were his toes. When Sarah looked in the patient’s mouth, his palate was high arched. Examination of the patient’s heart revealed a mid-systolic murmur over the apex. Sarah also thought there might have been an early diastolic murmur at the lower left sternal edge, but she was not sure.
