ABSTRACT
A 24-year-old woman presents with excessive per vaginal (PV) bleeding a week after giving birth to her first child. She has no significant past medical history and is not on any medication. Antenatally, she had normal blood tests and the pregnancy was uneventful. She had a normal, non-instrumental vaginal delivery and was discharged on the first post-partum day with little lochia.
