ABSTRACT
A 31-year-old woman is referred from the obstetrician following a miscarriage at 25 weeks. There is a history of two previous miscarriages at 10 and 22 weeks of gestation and one normal vaginal delivery. There is no personal or family history of thrombosis and there is no other past medical history of note. A thrombophilia screen was carried out 6 months after the miscarriage and is shown below
