ABSTRACT

Many organizations actually teach ethics as a subject and the instructors usually miss the mark by misunderstanding the topics and failing to inject the ethical standards into leaders that organizations need for continued success. Management, and the first responding emergency services such as police, fire, and ambulance personnel. Communication between entities remains a critical aspect of managing facilities and getting the main entities and controlling interests working toward common goals. The committee should have a regular appointed or elected chairperson, who should be from the facility itself to ensure the needs of the facility always come first. Aside from those variables, facilities have enough commonalities to produce a general skill set for facility managers where the same concerns and activities seem to permeate any facility regardless of the reason for its existence or the functions performed therein.
