ABSTRACT
Q1. A mother presents to her general practitioner (GP) surgery with her 8-week-old child who weighs 4.2 kg as she is concerned he is not gaining weight. The child has been bringing up feeds, is irritable and has not been sleeping well recently. PMH: Premature baby (32/40 weeks); the mother has previously had a breastfeeding assessment. DH: Nil. SH: Nil.
