ABSTRACT
Q1. An 80-year-old man presents to the accident and emergency department (A&E) with right lower leg cellulitis. PMH: He has a history of type 2 diabetes, ischaemic heart disease, chronic kidney disease and recurrent cellulitis. DH: His regular medications include gliclazide, metformin, aspirin and ramipril.
