If you founded a traditional company, then everyone on your team would work out of the same ofce, you would install a water cooler, a fruit smoothie stand, and a snack station where your employees could catch up on the latest gossip. You would recognize each person by rst name, and you would ask about each other’s kids, pets, hobbies, and other goings-on. You’d host annual picnics and holiday parties.
