ABSTRACT

There are many systems development life cycle (SDLC) models, some of them having been in use from the late 1960s. SDLCs were originally developed to guide the development of information and communication technology (ICT) systems. Today, they are appropriate for almost any project. In this book, I have limited their use to the development of ICT systems and ICT-related technologies, engineering projects and the development of business work processes and procedures.
