Assessment of teams At any stage of a team's activities, it is useful to be able to step back and evaluate how effective the team is at that moment. Is it functioning and, if so, how well? Or is it dysfunctional? In addition to the factors and conditions described earlier, there are many forms of evaluation, effected by two approaches: 1 self-assessment (i.e. how well is the team working; are relationships developing
and tasks being completed) 2 customer assessment (i.e. how does the team come across to those who receive
