ABSTRACT
Dialogues in Dying is a visual, interactive training experience designed to link with the Supportive Care Framework (Pan Birmingham Palliative Care Network) and other pathways and frameworks used when working with patients, while highlighting particular communication issues. It can be used by anyone working directly with patients and their carers, and has relevance whichever care setting they practise in. We suggest that the DVD and workbook are used in small groups, with a lead facilitator. This could also be your multidisciplinary meeting group, or indeed people who have used the product individually and would like to share views.
