ABSTRACT
A new National Health Service (NHS) framework designed to give a clearer and fuller picture of NHS performance. It will cover six areas: health improvement; fair access to services; effective delivery of appropriate healthcare; efficiency; patient and carer experience; and health outcomes of NHS care.
