ABSTRACT
This section is intended to build on the main process by introducing activities and associated data components, which must be supported by information assembled from, or accessed within, systems supporting integrated care activities. It will also identify factors that will need to be taken into account in proposing solutions to meet the requirements of a coding policy within a PCG.
