ABSTRACT
In common with many PCGs and medical audit advisory groups (MAAGs), Fylde chose to implement a programme concentrating on CHD early on in the development of a health improvement programme (HImP). Data input, collection and computer analysis has been in progress for a number of years. Decisions on coding and audit criteria have been taken at a local level.
