The person have a prioritized list of all the things an EPR must do for health care professionals primary care team and another list of the things they would like it to do. The Health authority Information communication technologies (HA ICT) manager gave Dr Jones contact details for the major EPR systems vendors for General Practices. Dr Jones rang the HA ICT manager and asked her if she would like to attend the demonstrations. When the vendors contacted the practice, Dr Jones arranged for them to demonstrate their system, for an hour, to the entire primary care team. Before the vendor arrived, Dr Jones gave each member of the team a copy of the list of needs they had agreed, as a reminder.
