ABSTRACT
Whilst working on the following questions, the candidates should take into consideration that it would be unusual for only one ethical or medico-legal principle to apply in any case, and the relative importance of each is a matter that requires some judgement. In the following questions on ethics and medical law, we give the candidates the opportunity to work on determining the overriding or most applicable principle in each case.
