ABSTRACT
This section aims to help in developing a strategy on how to improve on your information governance by introducing the Caldicott requirements 1 and standards of the Data Protection Act 2 into the working lives of your PHCT and to help in formalising this process as well as documenting that all the standards have been achieved. Your strategy may also incorporate issues discussed in Chapters 2 and 3.
