ABSTRACT
Innocent callers, focused on the victims’ survival, spontaneously described the Condition of the Victims, such as their breathing, pulse, and bleeding. This differs from describing the Condition of the Scene, such as soiled carpets and stained furniture. Instead of addressing the victims’ injuries, some guilty callers described blood on the floor or the couch.
