ABSTRACT
Upon completion of this study program, the Director (Head of the Seed Center, whether identified as Director or other title) should examine the staff member’s Personal Reference Notebook. If it is considered to show in-depth completion of the studies organized in this program, the Director should complete the following Certificate and, with appropriate ceremony, award this Certificate of Master Seed Conditioner to the staff member. It is recommended that the awarding of this Certificate be announced on local TV and in newspapers and other news media.
