ABSTRACT
Project management methodologies are essentially about governing a project in such a way that it’s successful, much like a national government is about managing a society so that it has successful outcomes. To understand the role of the ScrumMaster, it can be helpful to revisit the things you probably learned in grade school about how the government works.
