In order to understand why I love scrum so much, you might nd it helpful to know what my business life was like before I found scrum.
In the early 2000s, my friends and I wanted to make a video game. I had a friend who wanted to be the writer/designer and another friend who wanted to be the artist. I needed to be the programmer.
