ABSTRACT
This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The book discusses potential regression-related problems of which should be aware and explores advanced regression techniques of which should be aware. It explains how to continue statistical education. The chapter concerns the field of regression diagnostics, which is basically what it sounds like: diagnosing the health of regression model and, if model is "sick," how do tell what kind of "sickness" it has? This sickness may come from the fact that regression model violates a regression assumption, such as when try to use linear regression on a nonlinear relationship. The chapter introduces some of the most popular advanced techniques that are being used in contemporary social research. The same type of scenario can happen in regression if have two independent variables that are highly correlated with one another.
