ABSTRACT
It is essential for the forensic podiatrist to have a general knowledge of the digital photographic techniques, equipment, and terminology involved to ensure the best representation of the evidence that is available for examination. If for any reason the podiatrist is not able to do the photography, the crime scene unit or other knowledgeable personnel, depending on the needs of the case, can perform this task.
