ABSTRACT
The annual meeting of the charity took place a.t Cannon Street Hotel on November 24, when Miss Georgiana Hill, for the second time, proposed this resolution, which was seconded and supported with much force and low,c by Mr. Mark Mayhew, M.L.S.B. and L.C.C., and Miss E. W. Fyfe, Graduate in Honours, Cambridge (Newnham College). The motion was, 8.8 a matter of course, lost in a meeting every person present at which had been urgently ca.lled upon by the Board to oppose it.
