ABSTRACT
N.B.-There are very strong hopes that Woman's Suffrage will become law in Victoria this year. The Government have again introduced a Bill for the above purpose, and public opinion has become very strong in Its favour. The Woman's SufIrage is also making great head in the public opinion of N ew South Wales. In Western Australia the Premier, Sir J ohn FOITest, haB become favourable to woman's vote. It is plain that the Commonwealth of Australia will speedily rest on adult Suffrage, men and women alike being within the pale of its noble constitution.
