ABSTRACT

PARLIAMENTARY WORK.-In view of the approaching session of Parliament, the following resolution was unanimously passed at the meeting of the Central Committee of the National Society for Women's Suffrage, 10, Great College Street, on January 9th :-" That in view of the importance of securing the admission of duly qualified women on the Parliamentary Register in any future changes in regard to registration, this Committee resolve to take immediate steps to obtain the introduction of a Bill for the Enfranchisement of Women on the lines of the Local Government Registers, or the moving of suitable amendments on a Government Bill if an opportunity arises."
