The book under review gives much information concerning those .forms and phases. It is "dedicated in the name of the weary and oppressed of every land, to all who are working towards a NEW ORGANISATION OF SOCIETY, of which useful labour shall be the truest foundation, and in which the people's service shall be the highest reward." .
